Denmark: Tech-enabled aparthotel operator Bob W has opened five properties across London, Rome and Florence, strengthening its presence in the UK and Italian hospitality markets.
The openings include Bob W London Hyde Park, Bob W London Kensington, Bob W Rome San Lorenzo, Bob W Rome Testaccio and Bob W Florence Santa Croce. Properties in Hyde Park and Florence Santa Croce are welcoming guests, with the remaining locations expected to be bookable by the end of the week.
Together, the five sites add 265 keys to Bob W’s European portfolio. The company said the properties were brought into operation shortly after lease signing.
In London, Bob W has opened two locations in central neighbourhoods. The Hyde Park property is a 102-key building in Bayswater, while the Kensington site is located close to major museums and transport links.
In Italy, Bob W has expanded in both Florence and Rome. The Florence Santa Croce property is located along the Arno, while the Rome sites are situated in the San Lorenzo and Testaccio districts, offering apartment-style accommodation and boutique rooms.
Bob W said the UK and Italy remain key growth markets, where demand for professionally operated short- and mid-stay accommodation continues to exceed supply in central urban areas.
The expansion follows Bob W’s recent growth in Copenhagen, where the operator has continued to build its presence in the Danish capital.
