US: Churchill Living, the New Jersey-based corporate housing provider, has announced an exclusive leasing agreement for long- and short-term stays in Washington, DC.

Living at Revel is a fully-furnished apartment complex, which opened this month. Churchill Living holds the master lease for the property.

Avraham Rosskamm, Churchill Living’s SVP of acquisitions & development said: “We are very excited about this amazing partnership developed with Perseus TDC. NoMa CNTR exemplifies the quality residences we want to offer our guests as we embark on growing our apartment portfolio five-fold, nationwide.”

The 13 storey development is located in the vibrant NoMa neighbourhood and close to Union Station, and offers guests both short and long term stays in high end, fully furnished apartments. Apartments at Living at Revel include walk-in closets, privacy blackout shades in the bedrooms, quartz countertops, Euro-style cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, as well as wood-style flooring, tiled bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer in every unit.

Guests and residents can enjoy resort-style amenities including a penthouse level pool and sundeck, social spaces, coworking lounge, and fitness centre with yoga, spin, and CrossFit studios.

Living at Revel also has street-level retail space and shares a footprint with the Marriott hotel – so residents can access the hotel’s full-service restaurant and rooftop bar (opening January 2023).

Kathy Policaro, Churchill Living’s SVP of government business development added: “This is a game-changer for the Washington, D.C. furnished apartment market. We look forward to offering this exclusive property and location to our current and future clients.”

Churchill Living offers short- and long-term accommodation and is a leading provider of furnished housing and furniture rental in prime locations across the US.

Churchill Living agreed to a 10 year lease with Washington DC developer Perseus TDC in 2020.
