UK: Real estate advisor CBRE is supporting the sale of Fountain House, a collection of luxury serviced apartments near Hyde Park in London, with a guide price of £35 million.

Recently renovated, Fountain House features 17 apartments, comprising two-bedroom and three-bedroom units as well as a four-bedroom penthouse with park views.

The property is being sold unencumbered by brand or management.
