US: The 90-key Homewood Suites by Hilton in New Braunfels, Texas, is now managed by A-1 Hospitality Group.
The Washington-state based hotel management and development company announced that it acquired the management contract for the property at 620 Oxford Drive. The specifics of the deal were not disclosed.
“For A-1 Hospitality Group, this will be our first hotel outside of the Pacific Northwest area and we look forward to the next chapter in our growth,” said Taran Patel, managing principal A-1 Hospitality Group.
This is the third acquisition for A-1 Hospitality Group’s portfolio this year. It previously opened the Courtyard by Marriott in Pasco, Washington in February, as well as the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in The Dalles, Oregon in April.
A-1 Hospitality Group is a family-owned and operated company founded by Vijay and Mita Patel in 1997. The company’s portfolio consists of eight select-service and extended-stay hotels in Washington, Oregon and Texas.</p
