UK: Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford will open from the 12 April for key workers and essentials stays, with the property welcoming leisure guests from 17 May.
The new-build property will provide “round-the-clock serviced accommodation, with staff on hand 24/7, combined with the flexibility and freedom of 136 self-catering apartments”.
The apartments include 100 two-person studios and 36 units designed to accommodate up to four people, each featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment will feature the brand’s new FACELIFT concept, which aims to create a contemporary and functional design. The property will also serve as a pilot site of the brand’s new Digital Room Directory, where all customer needs and enquiries can be answered by scanning a QR Code.
The aparthotel’s architectural design was inspired by the industrial heritage of Stratford, with materials and detailing redolent of the railways. The aparthotel’s interiors continue this theme, “permeating a vibrant recognition of the area’s legacy”.
Amenities include a private gym, a small on-site convenience store, library of objects, and parking spaces.

The aparthotel is within walking distance to the International Quarter London and a short commute to Canary Wharf. Stratford is one of the best-connected transport hubs in London, with a combination of Underground, Overground, Mainline and DLR services all available.
Stratford is the sixth UK opening for Adagio, following launches in London Brentford, Leicester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Liverpool. There are also further openings planned in London with a Sutton property set to launch this summer.
