Germany: Aparthotels Adagio has opened its seventh German property, in Freiburg-Güterbahnhof.
The property contains 153 units, including 132 two-person studios and 21 apartments that can accommodate up to four people. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and storage spaces.
The three-star aparthotel also includes a multifunctional community space, called “The Circle”, where guests can socialize and relax.
The Aparthotel Adagio access Freiburg-Güterbahnhof, which is expected to draw demand from both business and leisure travellers, is located in Germany’s sunniest city, Freiburg, and is in close proximity to a number of attractions, including the Black Forest and the Baden wine region.
The property also sits in a location that has easy access to both France and Switzerland, making daytrips a possibility for guests.
Adagio will run the new property through a franchise partnership with HR Group, a franchisee of Accor Group.

The company plans to develop four new locations in Germany in the coming years.
