Adagio signs Stuttgart aparthotel

Germany: Aparthotels Adagio and developer Bülow AG have partnered for an aparthotel in Stuttgart’s Neckarpark.

The property is next to the Daimler and Mercedes Benz headquarters, and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.

Aparthotels Adagio Stuttgart will feature 119 apartments, all with a fully functional kitchen, and will include co-working space which is part of “The Circle” – a common area where guests can cook together, read or exchange ideas.

Horst Bülow, CEO of Bülow AG, said: “We are pleased to be a skilful partner for Aparthotels Adagio. The new building will be perfectly tailored to the aparthotel’s guests and the Neckarpark location – thus we support the sustainable and future-oriented development of the aparthotels.”

Neckarpark is a project “currently underway for future-oriented and sustainable urban development”. The 22-hectare site of a former freight station is being used as a residential and commercial area. The Neckarpark site includes the Canstatter Wasen event grounds, the Mercedes-Benz Arena and the Porsche Arena.The site will be steadily expanded with apartments and commercial areas as well as the development of parks and recreational facilities until completion in 2025.
