Australia: Adina is set to open four properties over the next year, in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.
All properties will include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with living spaces, fully equipped kitchens and daily servicing.
The 220-key Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Southbank will soon be Australia’s largest engineered timber adaptive reuse project, using carbon-neutral cross-laminated timber that is “a non-toxic, renewable resource with a long lifecycle and superior strength and stability”.
Melbourne will also welcome a second Adina this year – Adina Apartment Hotel West Melbourne. The 92-key property will feature a 25-metre glass-backed indoor lap pool and spa, a lounge area, and an onsite wellness centre.
Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney will open on George Street in late 2020. There will be a restaurant and bar on level 22, while a sky lobby and reception will be located on level 21, alongside a gym and pool area.
Adina Apartment Hotel Canberra will be within easy walking distance of attractions including Old Parliament House, the War Museum, National Museum, National Portrait Gallery and the lively Acton and Braddon precincts.</p
