Aiming to identify current sentiment in the market, the impacts of Covid-19 on housing inventory, future inventory strategies, and evolving guest behaviour and expectations, the Flexible Rentals Market Survey will be distributed to property managers, global mobility professionals and travel buyers worldwide.
More and more countries are beginning to relax their pandemic-fuelled travel restrictions, which is resulting in an influx of demand for the housing sector. Short-term rental providers are gearing up for their busiest summer ever.
AltoVita co-founder and COO, Karolina Saviova, who recently won the Rising Star category at the 2021 Shortyz Awards and is nominated in the 2021 Serviced Apartment Awards, said: “96 per cent of AltoVita’s partner network and clients feel a pent-up need for travel. Our survey aims to capture evolving needs of the flexible rental industry to effectively prepare for the travel recovery and serve as a bridge to global mobility clients.”
AltoVita supply chain manager Danielle Prior said: “Our partner network has shown an incredible amount of resilience and adaptability, which has made us all that much more excited for what further changes we can implement together through technology adoption.”
