UK: A 22-bedroom apart-hotel will open this week in Preston city centre’s Theatre Street.
Walker and Williams group is developing Number 10 Preston, after a major renovation which has taken six months.
Hotel manager Ross Taylor said: “Walker & Williams is an independent, family owned and run business, it was established to offer all the comforts and facilities that come with staying in a first class apartment but with the services of a boutique hotel. Our mission is to wow our guest, supercede all expectations and to offer this experience at a competitive price.”
“Being from Preston, we are proud of the growth and investment the city is now seeing, and to be part of the buzz the city is generating is really exciting. We are looking to set the bar for accommodation in Preston, help draw visitors to the area and create jobs and prosperity for this wonderful city,” he added.
The renovation has cost £250,000 and created 11 jobs in the city.</p
