UK: Apple Apartments has opened its latest London property and revealed plans for a 21-unit aparthotel in Edinburgh.
The London property is in Park Lane, and is described as “the company’s most exclusive and high-end location to date”. The Victorian-style property consists of luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments overlooking Hyde Park and Park Lane. Apartments come equipped with amenities including as Miele appliances, private lift access, private outdoor terrace overlooking the park, entertainment bar, a private study, Sky TV, and Bang and Olufsen sound systems.
On Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, a former school building is to be converted as part of the £150 million New Waverley development and will become a 21-room luxury aparthotel, managed by Apple Apartments.
Plans include the conversion of the original school rooms into 21 double-height serviced apartments overlooking a light-filled glass atrium, with mezzanine levels providing separate sleeping and living areas.
As well as fully serviced apartments, there will be 24-hour butler service, customer lounge and a gourmet restaurant with room service serving main meals and breakfast.
