UK: Apple Apartments has launched 35 luxury serviced apartments in Belfast’s Obel Tower.
Apple Apartments has closed a deal to take on the management of 35 apartments in the Obel Tower in Belfast.
Announcing the first of a two phase expansion in the city, Apple Apartments has initially taken on a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, including several duplexes and penthouses. The subsequent phase “will focus on increased growth in Ireland involving market share expansion in Belfast as well as acquiring properties in Dublin”.
The Obel Tower was completed in 2011 and became the highest building in Northern Ireland with 28 floors, surpassing its neighbour, Windsor House.
The tower comprises 52,462 square feet of office space and luxury apartments.
Apple Apartments, which manages five other properties in London and Aberdeen, will offer guests “24 hour concierge services, top range amenities and fully serviced accommodation with flexible stay options”.
Apple Apartments Belfast will open on July 10.
