UK: The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) has announced that four of its members have been shortlisted for industry awards this month.
Staying Cool at the Rotunda, Birmingham has reached the national final of VisitEngland’s Awards for Excellence 2014 for the second consecutive year. It has reached the final five for the Self Catering Holiday Provider of the Year. The winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony in Cheltenham on 12 May.
Staying Cool’s 26 apartments at the Rotunda sit at the top of a Grade-II listed cylindrical skyscraper in central Birmingham.
Old Town Chambers in Edinburgh won Development of the Year in the Scottish Property Awards last month and was been declared “world class” when VisitScotland awarded
it a five-star rating last month.
The 31 apartments forms part of a £45million redevelopment of three medieval closes off the Royal Mile.
Two ASAP members have been shortlisted for the Best Property Provider award by Re:Locate magazine. Skyline Worldwide and The Apartment Service have secured two of the four finalist places in this category this year.
The Re:locate Awards winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner on May 9.
