Thailand: Ascott has started a major renovation of its Somerset Park Suanplu Bangkok property.
The renovation will include 154 one-bedroom apartments, the lobby, all recreation facilities, the children’s playroom and the residents’ lounge.
The apartments have been given new colour schemes, bright fabric print and floral painting artwork, re-upholstered furniture, new carpets and curtains.
