UAE: Azizi Developments will launch its Azizi Star development on 17 December.
The launch will be held at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, Dubai Marina.
Azizi Star, in the Al Furjan district of Dubai, will feature 458 residential and commercial units, spread across an area of 5800 square metres. Encompassing two parking levels, a ground floor, a basement, and 12 storeys, the building will be composed of 46 one- and 102 two-bedrooms, and 310 studios, and is scheduled for completion in 2018.
Azizi Star will be a gated community of serviced apartments with facilities including hotels, outdoor sports area, a community retail centre, landscaped gardens, schools, a pool, spa, and a gym. Amenities include retail stores, valet services, concierge services, and other necessities nearby.
