UK: Thames Valley provider Berkshire Rooms has relaunched its website and added apartments at Royal Winchester House in Bracknell to its offer.
The new website showcases the company’s range of serviced apartments and homes across the Thames Valley and the south-east, and offers guests the opportunity to book directly, along with features including 360 degree tours of the apartments.
The Bracknell property is adjacent to The Lexicon Centre, the town’s new shopping and leisure destination.
Don James, founder and managing director of Berkshire Rooms, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have added Royal Winchester House Bracknell to our portfolio. Our new collection of high specification serviced apartments in this stunning property gives our clients the opportunity to stay in a serviced apartment in Bracknell’s most sought-after new location right next to the vibrant new Lexicon Centre.”
“The property features a hotel-style lobby with concierge service as well as an on-site gymnasium (opening 2020). We are offering clients the choice of either one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. Located on the 9th floor, the apartments offer spacious bright living spaces including a separate dining area as well as a very well equipped kitchen. The apartments enjoy superb views looking out onto the surrounding countryside beyond the town so offer that rare combination of a peaceful environment together with the convenience of a very central location with fabulous shopping and entertainment, and are only a few minutes’ walk from the town’s train station,” he added.
Royal Winchester House is the latest new location for Berkshire Rooms, following the launch of serviced apartments in Berkshire House, Maidenhead, last year. James added: “Our new collection of serviced apartments in Berkshire House, Maidenhead, has proved hugely popular with our clients. As well as offering modern well equipped apartments in Maidenhead’s tallest building in the heart of the town, the property also builds on the latest co-living trend, offering guests the added benefit of access to shared social spaces including a lounge, games room and roof terrace where they can meet and socialise with other guests.”</p
