US: Serviced apartment provider has opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska to service the Omaha and Lincoln markets, as well as parts of Iowa.
The Omaha office will managed by Emily Heyen who joins the company as regional sales manager overseeing the markets the office is in intended to service.
Blvd Suites president and chief marketing officer Mike Dunklee said: “The growth strategy for Blvd Suites remains one of finding niche, mid-sized markets that offers tremendous business opportunity. What makes Omaha special is this is a market where existing clients have been courting us for several years, asking us to service their furnished temporary housing needs there. That’s important, but the most significant aspect of our expansion strategy is finding the ideal person to head up our efforts there. We found that person in Emily Heyen.”
Blvd Suites CEO Jeff Hurley said: “Our most important strength – and therefore the most significant reason for our success – is our culture. We believe in industry-leading service and rapid response to our customers, but above all we operate with an empowered, entrepreneurial spirit that affects how we think, act and craft personalised solutions. Emily embodies all those attributes, and as an Omaha-native, she brings the client in depth local knowledge and the ability assist with boots-on-the-ground support that many other providers cannot offer.”
Heyen said: “I am truly excited to be a part of the Blvd Suites team. Providing companies with solutions for their needs and building long-lasting business relationships excited me most about this opportunity. Their commitment to service made the decision to join their company easy. It’s exciting to be a part of a growing company that still stays true to their roots. I look forward to serving the greater Omaha and Lincoln markets.”
Omaha is the third regional expansion Blvd Suites has initiated since February 2013, adding regional offices outside of its Metro Detroit base in Indianapolis and Kansas City.
