Germany: Brera Serviced Apartments has appointed Bastian Daeullary as revenue manager and Camilla Dell´Aversano as sales manager.
Daeullary will be responsible for the operating properties of Brera Serviced Apartments in Frankfurt, Munich and Nuremberg and will focus on extending the yielding processes and optimisation, as well as setting up strategies for the signed properties in Leipzig, Ulm and Frankfurt. He brings strong expertise in revenue management and joined from Victor´s Residenz Hotels where he held the position of cluster revenue manager.

Dell`Aversano started her position as sales manager on December 1st. She will be responsible for the three operating properties where she will grow the b2b business across Germany as well as building up local relationships in the markets where Brera will open its new properties up from winter 2019.
She joined the Brera head office from her last position as house manager at Brera Serviced Apartment Munich. She joined Brera in December 2017 from City Apart Hotel Munich where she held the position of assistant operations director.

Brera Serviced Apartments was founded in 2013 and has three properties in operation with a total of 140 apartments in Frankfurt, Munich and Nuremberg. Further properties in Leipzig, Ulm and Frankfurt will open from 2019.
