Buckingham & Lloyds, which launched in 2016, currently offers guests aparthotels and villas in both London and Ibiza. These properties focus on the leisure sector and provide an array of amenities to travellers.
Additionally, Buckingham & Lloyds is dedicated to providing an eco-friendly experience for its guests, as well as lowering its own carbon footprint. Through a partnership with SHY aviation, which strives to offset carbon emissions of flights, and its support of local businesses in all aspects of its properties from dining to artwork, Buckingham & Lloyds strives to be eco-friendly across the portfolio.
The current London locations, which have prices that start at £750 per night, offer views of Hyde Park and are within walking distance of many popular attractions. Guests also have access to a gym.
The Ibiza locations, the Balearic Villas, offer views of the Mediterranean. Guests also have access to parking, a swimming pool, and security. Rates for these locations begin at €1,000 per night and have a minimum-stay requirement of seven nights.
In July 2021, major expansion will begin for Buckingham & Lloyds, which will open locations in Cannes, the Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany. In September, the company also plans to open a location in the city centre of Krakow.
These new locations will offer amenities including private tours, organic fridge fills, and private yoga classes.
For these new locations, as well as existing locations, the company provides a guest services team that are available all day every day to assist guests. The team aids guests in check-in and check-out, as well as assists them in making local arrangements. The team also serves by arranging private rides to and from the airport, private chefs, breakfast, beauty services, nanny services, and planning special occasions. All locations also offer access to filtered water, coffee machines, and housekeeping.
Sam Ibgi, founder and CEO of Buckingham & Lloyds, said: “Having only launched in Spring 2016, I am overjoyed when I think how exponentially we are growing without compromising on the quality of the properties and services we offer, all-the-while managing to remain eco-friendly and sustainable, there’s not one location that uses single-use plastic, and we are very proud of this. In July we will have villas across the Amalfi Coast and throughout Tuscany as well as new apartments in Cannes, overlooking La Croisette. We will also be opening in Krakow, Poland in September with some incredible apartments right in the city centre. It’s all come together so smoothly and the beauty of it all is that it’s just the beginning. We are constantly scouting out new destinations to add to our portfolio, who knows, see you in the Bahamas next year perhaps!”
