UAE: Developer Cayan Group has announced plans for a Dh1 billion residential and serviced apartment project located in Dubai’s Umm Suqeim area.
The project will be located close to Moamed Bin Rashid City, Jumeirah Village Circle, Motor City, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches. It will be launched with a prty featuring French climber Alain Robert – known as Spiderman – scaling the 75-storey Cayan Tower.
