UK: Serviced apartment provider Charles Hope Apartments has appointed Emilie Allain as revenue management director.

The company says it seeks to “revolutionise the guest experience in serviced accommodation” opening its first site in Southampton in 2016. It now has sites across the UK, focusing on city centre locations, and is set for further European expansion in 2021. The company’s aim is “to provide premium quality serviced accommodation and customer service, resulting in a seamless guest experience exceeding expectations”.
