UK: Serviced apartment operator Charles Hope has appointed Faye Ford as its operations director.
Ford brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality to the role. She most recently held the role of COO at LaplandUK, and has previously worked for other serviced apartment companies such as Native.
At Native, Ford was responsible for client management and operations. Here, she worked with clients including PwC, Atos, CGI, BT, Tesco, and JPMorgan.
In her new role with Charles Hope Apartments, Ford plans to implement a maintenance and refurbishment program across the group’s properties.
