UK: Redwood Living has expanded its corporate division with two buildings in Waterloo, taking its total in London to five properties.
Located directly behind Waterloo station, the buildings are located on Lower Marsh – a street of independent retailers, coffee shops and restaurants.
The apartments offer a mix of one and two bedrooms, with most of them duplexes set over two floors with private terraces.
With the additions, Redwood Living now operates five London locations following launches in Chelsea, Limehouse and Raynes Park earlier this year.
Samantha Parmenter, portfolio manager for London at Redwood Living, said: “Getting 11 apartments fully onboarded, with all the necessary preparations and compliance documentation completed within just one week, required a huge amount of coordination, teamwork and attention to detail.
“It was a fast-paced process, but seeing everything come together and securing bookings across all the apartments within the first week made the hard work incredibly rewarding.”
Redwood Living operates student accommodation, professional living and corporate stays. The company leases whole buildings directly from owners and landlords for five to 15 years as a single tenant.
