UK: Chris Minhinnett, formerly commercial director at esa Serviced Apartments, has been promoted to managing director.
Minhinnett, who recently completed ten years’ service with the company, said: “Spending the last ten years in this growing sector has encouraged me to continue to put serviced apartments on the map, and in turn, stretch and grow our own business to aid today’s tech-savvy corporate business traveller. We know how important guest experience is in today’s competitive environment, and this will continue to be esa’s focus as we move forwards.”
Charlie Turner, chief executive and owner of esa, said: “Chris graduated from the ASAP Tier One Leadership Academy this year and this training has provided the skills and knowledge required to really make a success of the new role. It’s been a great investment for him personally and for the company. His new role will focus on the further growth of our business and with the day to day running of esa handed over, we are now in a great position to precipitate towards our 2021 vision.”
