UAE: Finishing and façade work on the Mina by Azizi serviced apartment project is under way.

Construction work is moving ahead as planned and the seven floors of the project on Palm Jumeirah have already been built.

The $212 million (AED780 million) serviced apartment development spans 4.1 hectares and includes 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom units, four penthouses, and six retail units covering more than 1,500 square metres.

Mirwas Azizi, chairman of Azizi Developments, said: “The market is witnessing a demand for projects in iconic waterfront locations and Mina by Azizi on the Palm Jumeirah was conceptualised to address this need. The project will offer community amenities and beach access.”

Mina by Azizi is set for delivery in Q3 2018.
