UK: Cycas Hospitality has signed a deal with Eastern & Oriental (E&O) to manage the group’s inaugural European serviced apartment property; a 54-room property in London.
Expected to open in autumn 2021, The Lincoln Suites will offer 28 one-bedroom suites, and 26 studios with high-end amenities, set within a converted 1920s neo-classical building in Holborn.
Asli Kutlucan, chief development officer at Cycas Hospitality, said: “Given E&O’s reputation for providing exclusive developments for discerning travellers, we are delighted to be working together to help bring their distinctive style to Europe. With Cycas’s experience of successfully introducing both extended-stay and lifestyle brands to new markets, we’re excited about the opportunities to drive leisure and corporate business across three dynamic destinations.”
Cycas has also taken over the management of two Qbic-branded hotels; the 148-room Qbic Brussels and the 261-room Qbic Manchester, which is set to open next month.
