UAE: Dubai developer Damac Properties has opened its first luxury serviced apartment project in the emirate.
The Damac Maison Dubai Mall Street property is managed by the company’s hospitality arm Damac Maison.
The property was designed by German architects Koschany & Zimmer. It offers a 24-hour concierge and maid service, two restaurants and a spa.
