Hong Kong: Dash Living has signed its second HK co-living project, in Mong Kok, shortly after officially launching its TST project on Carnarvon Road.

The newly announced Dash Coliving block is situated on Argyle Street Mong Kok, one minute from the nearest MTR exit, close to landmarks including Langham Place.

The property will offer 36 units, comprised of 18 studio and 18 one-bedroom units, featuring full-height windows, brand new decor with custom furniture, and equipped for immediate move-ins by Q2 2020. A tenant’s club will feature a full level of community space with an open-air deck exclusive for Dash co-living tenants.

Dash Living was founded by serial entrepreneur Aaron Lee in 2014 and has grown to manage and operate more than 900 units across its products spanning across two countries. Dash Living has over 100,000 square feet under its management and is backed by Mindworks Ventures, with its footprint expanded from Hong Kong to Singapore through an acquisition of the co-living space provider Easycity.
