Dubai hotel and serviced apartments to feature MEA region’s first rainforest

UAE: The £230 million Rosemont Hotel & Residences will feature a man-made rain forest, artificial beach and infinity pool.

The property, formed of two 47-storey towers is set to open in Q3 2019, will be a member of Hilton Worldwid’s Curio brand.

It will feature hotel rooms and 280 serviced residences, fine dining, a VIP lounge, spa, gym, and meeting rooms.

The 75,000-square foot man-made rainforest will have a pool and an artificial beach for guests. It will be located inside a five-storey podium at the base of the towers, and filled with exotic plants.

Located on a three-acre site on Sheikh Zayed Road, the project is being developed by Royal International, and has been designed by ZAS Architects.
