UK: The entry period for the 2024 Serviced Apartment Awards has officially opened and will close in March next year.
The global Serviced Apartment Awards is now in its ninth year. The ceremony, to be held at Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge on 23 May 2024, will recognise and reward achievement at individual, property and company level.
For 2024, all criteria of the 20 award categories have been refreshed and updated, with the introduction of four new categories. These include:
• Best flex rental operator
• ESG award – operator or property
• ESG award – supplier or service provider
• Team of the year
As usual, the Rising Star and Industry Inspiration awards will be voted for by the readers of Serviced Apartment News. All other award categories will be judged by a panel of independent experts, including travel buyers, architects, journalists, investors and consultants.
In addition to the new awards, categories include:
• Best operator 1 to 50 units
• Best operator 51 to 200 units
• Best operator 201+ units
• Best property 1 to 20 units
• Best property 21 to 70 units
• Best property 71+ units
• Best architecture/exterior design
• Best interior design
• Best marketing/branding campaign
• Best use of social media
• Best coliving project
• Innovative use of technology
• Best intermediary
• Outstanding Achievement
The entry period will close on 22 March 2024 at 23:59 GMT.
