UK: Independent boutique property Georgian House Hotel, located in Pimlico, London, has opened Chinnery House – a collection of serviced apartments on Alderney Street.
Chinnery House will sit within the Your Place umbrella, a collection of UK boutique properties, alongside the flagship Georgian House Hotel.
The new development offers three apartments sleeping two-to-four people, with a further two apartments due to launch in Q1 2025. Each apartment provides a kitchenette, lounge area, and White Company toiletries.
Breakfast hampers of fresh juice, fruits and pastries can be delivered daily, and like the hotel, a room service option is provided via the Papyon App which features a curated list of local F&B businesses.
Your Place founder Serena von der Heyde said: “I’ve been a hotelier in Pimlico since the 1980s, and to this day our family-run business is continually striving to better our offering for the benefit of our communities. Chinnery House is an exciting new affordable and stylish accommodation offering and part of our continued investment into preserving properties via time-honoured techniques.”
The restoration of Chinnery House and curation of the new apartments has been overseen by the family-run Your Place team. Von der Heyde’s son Gabe led the interior design with styling from Lou Eastham.
