UK: Henry Space Developments has been granted planning consent for a 200-key aparthotel on Liverpool’s Duke Street.

The project will include the conversion of four listed terraces and a new-build extension.

Designed by architect Falconer Chester Hall, the extension will range from four to eight storeys linked to four existing listed Georgian terraces between 118 and 126 Duke Street.

The units include 13 accessible rooms, 47 one-bedroom apartments and 140 studios. At lower ground and ground floor level, there will also be a gym, office, and concierge.</p
