Poland: Operator Hotel Co 51 has opened the second Element extended stay hotel in Europe, located in the city of Wroclaw in Poland.

The new-build Element by Westin Wroclaw marks the second property managed by Hotel Co 51 in Poland, and the fifth Marriott brand for the group.

It has also become the first hotel to open in the Wroclaw Business Garden – a six-hectare office campus located to the east of the city centre.

The seven-storey hotel offers 115 rooms with fully equipped kitchens and living areas, a restaurant, fitness centre, meeting space, and laundry room. Guests can also rent bikes to explore the business park, which has been designed in the form of a public garden.

Having recently achieved Gold LEED certification for the property, Hotel Co 51 is in the process of securing the same Green Key certification as its other hotels.

Wayne Androliakos, CEO of Hotel Co 51, said: “We are delighted to be further strengthening our long-standing relationship with Marriott International with this thoughtfully-designed property in one of Poland’s most historic yet modern-minded cities.

“Element hotels were conceived to ensure guests wake up in their ‘element’ wherever their travels take them, and Wroclaw’s Business Garden’s green environment certainly provides a refreshing retreat for guests visiting this characterful city. We’re confident this inspiring long-stay lifestyle option will help redefine Poland’s aparthotel experience while giving business and leisure travellers a chance to feel truly at home when they stay with us,” he added.

Founded in Amsterdam in 2020, owned by the Vastint Group, Hotel Co 51 manages four other Marriott brands in Europe including Residence Inn, Courtyard, Moxy and AC.

Its portfolio includes more than 40 hotels across nine countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
