UK House of Fisher has taken full ownership of the joint venture company previously operated in association with ESA following the latters recent administration

Known as House of Fisher ESA Ltd, the acquisition gives House of Fisher 100 per cent control of this specialist corporate housing solution which supports a major global technology company in the Thames Valley. House of Fisher currently provides more than 100 beds per night for this client, supported by a dedicated services team. This client relationship spans more than 10 years.

In parallel with the share acquisition, House of Fisher also assumed control of dedicated aparthotel buildings in Newbury and Maidenhead.

Trine Oestergaard, managing director of House of Fisher, said: “There are a raft of practical efficiencies which can be achieved through bringing our corporate housing arm under the wing of our main serviced company.  This should enable a more coherent service to the client and will also enable us to strategically promote this unique corporate housing solution to other relevant clients. Additionally, the wider arrangement enables us to increase our exposure in both Newbury and Maidenhead where both locations have a strong following. This will benefit clients and guests who prefer the exclusiveness and security of a dedicated building along with the corporate responsibilities that this brings.”

This arm of House of Fisher has now been renamed House of Fisher Corporate Housing Solutions Ltd (HOF-CHS Ltd) to reflect its specialist offering in the extended stay sector.

House of Fisher has a portfolio of more than 200 serviced apartments across 13 locations in Reading, Newbury, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet.

Last month, Orchard Apartments Limited, the owner and operator of Flying Butler Apartments, acquired the business and assets of Executive Serviced Apartments (ESAA) following ESA’s administration under a prepack scheme.
