UAE: Jumeirah Group has opened its landmark serviced residence, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, at Dubai Marina.
One of four Jumeirah Living properties across the globe, the property caters to guests seeking extended-stay and serviced-living options. It occupies the third and final tower of Select Group’s flagship Marina Gate development.
The property now comprises 508 branded residences, encompassing 104 serviced apartments for longer stays, 389 private residences, and 15 villas available for sale. Each apartment, residence and villa features living spaces, open-plan kitchens, bedrooms and workspaces.
Shared facilities include a temperature-controlled infinity pool, dual-level gym, business centre and residents’ lounge.
