Jordan: Specialist mixed-use operator Kerten Hospitality has opened the Cloud7 Residence Ayla Aqaba.

Set in the Marina Village in Ayla, Aqaba in August 2020, the property marks the Cloud7 brand’s debut.

“We are thrilled to be opening Cloud7 Residence in Jordan in such a game-changing waterfront lifestyle destination combining a luxury hotel, serviced apartments, entertainment, sports facilities, retail and dining outlets,” said Antony Doucet, brand and marketing director at Kerten Hospitality and the pre-opening GM of the project in Jordan.

“Each of our properties embraces the spirit of its home city delivering superior hospitality allowing guests to relax and create memorable moments throughout their stay. Crafting a spontaneous seaside living, we strongly believe that Cloud7 Residence will diversify the tourism offering in Aqaba making a positive contribution to the footfall to Ayla and to the modern Marina Village for those seeking to own or rent a home in an idyllic urban-living environment.”

The 75 serviced apartments range from one to four bedrooms. Cloud7 Residence focuses on eco-friendly materials and operations, making significant efforts to reduce its environmental impact, both behind-the-scenes and inside guests’ apartments.

Ayla Aqaba is a resort on Jordan’s Red Sea coast. </p
