Malaysia: Orando Holdings’ Laville Kuala Lumpur development will include 1200 serviced apartment units.
Located on four acres, Laville Kuala Lumpur will have serviced apartment 1,200 units and 35 two-storey retail units as well as 2,000 car parking spaces.
Orando Holdings managing director Datuk Eng Wei Chun says the mixed-use project will make the Kuala Lumpur neighbourhood of Taman Maluri “even more happening” than before.
“It is a challenge to sell currently but Laville offers much convenience in terms of retail shopping and public rail transport. This means convenience, both in terms of retail malls and public rail transport. You will not need a car. The development offers much convenience to residents, particularly in terms of time management,” Eng says.
The apartment buildings will be built in varying heights of 39-storey, 45-storey and two 49-storey blocks.
The company says buyers have already shown interest in 250 units of Block A1 and A2 which has a total of 740 units, Most of the interested parties are Malaysians. There are also buyers from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
