Kuala Lumpur mixed-used project to include 1,000 serviced apartments

Malaysia: Work is due to start on a RM539 million (£100 million) mixed-use development called Puteri Cove Residences, in Johor.

Infrastructure and property company  IJM Corporation has been awarded the construction contract from NRY Architects on behalf of Pearl Discovery Development. The construction period is 33 months.

Under the contract, IJM Corp will build three blocks of 32-storey serviced apartments (998 units), one block of five-storey small office/home office (56 units), serviced apartment facilities, two multi-storey car park podiums, two lobbies and a two-storey retail centre.
