Australia: The Miller, a new development in North Sydney, will include 183 residential apartments and 100 serviced apartments.
Designed by architects PTW, the designers of the Water Cube Aquatic facility for the 2008 Beijing Olympics as well as Sydney’s Barangaroo, The Miller is the first residential project by Chinese developer Yuhu Group.
Located at 221 Miller Street, North Sydney, The Miller will offer a concierge service and “access to world class hotel amenities”.
Yuhu Group chairman Xiangmo Huang said: “Residents of The Miller will feel like they are living in a luxury hotel. With an optional concierge service, gym and restaurants and even room service just to name a few features, with Sydney CBD and North Sydney Business districts right on your doorstep, and easy access to bus, rail or the new Sydney Metro line.”
Ray White Projects has been appointed as project marketer. Director Eddie Mansour said: “The features and detail of The Miller is a very rare offering within the residential market in Sydney. The lobby is immense, oversized actually, and the feeling of space and opulence will be evident as soon as you step through the door. North Sydney is experiencing a significant rebirth with an increase in residential dwellings, restaurants, cafes, world class schools, and close to the CBD, with unbeatable views of the harbour foreshore, and access to Sydney’s exclusive Lower North Shore suburbs.”
