US: Extended stay hotel brand LivAway Suites has opened its third property in the United States, located in Smyrna, Tennessee.
The opening of LivAway Suites Nashville – Smyrna comes four months after the brand debuted in Salt Lake City earlier this year. It has been developed by West77 Partners and financed by Keystone National Group.
The 126-suite hotel provides fully equipped kitchens in all rooms and flat screen TVs. Amenities include laundry facilities, a coworking hub, fitness centre, vending area, and on-site smart lockers.
Mike Nielson, CEO of LivAway Suites, said: “The LivAway Suites in Smyrna represents more than just an expansion of our footprint. It’s about redefining what guests expect from an extended-stay experience through thoughtful design and operational efficiency.
“Efficiency isn’t about cutting corners; it’s about maximising value without sacrificing quality. Building cost-effectively while enhancing guest experience is no longer optional—it’s imperative—and LivAway Suites typifies this with exceptional product,” he added.
Paul Duncan, chief development officer for West77 Partners, said: “With recent inflation, few developers manage to meet their budgets, let alone complete projects below budget. LivAway’s thorough design contributes to this outcome.”
LivAway Suites plans to have 50 locations open, or under construction, by the end of 2026.
