Germany: edyn’s Locke brand will open two properties in Munich in late spring 2021.
Schwan Locke on Theresienwiese and WunderLocke in Sendling, will be followed by further openings in Germany, including in Berlin in 2022.
Both Schwan Locke and WunderLocke will offer studio apartments with fully equipped kitchens and seating areas.
Wunderlocke will offer 360 units, a coworking area, meeting and event rooms, a workout studio and a heated outdoor swimming pool. In addition, Locke will work with renowned Munich restaurateurs for the four planned restaurants and bars – including an urban farm that will offer a farm-to-table concept – and a rooftop cocktail bar with panoramic views of the Bavarian Alps. WunderLocke also offers several suites that are equipped with large dining tables to accommodate dinner parties and business meetings. It will open in May 2021.
Schwan Locke, also opening in May, will feature 151 units as well as a coworking space, a fitness studio, a café, a restaurant and a craft cocktail bar. It is close to Theresienwiese, where Munich’s Okoberfest takes place.
