Cambodia: Singapore-based Lumiere Hospitality has launched Lumiere Residence, a serviced apartment complex in Phnom Penh.
Lumiere Residence is a 25-storey serviced extended-stay aparthotel located in the centre of Phnom Penh with 166 keys.
Celine Quek, Lumiere Residence co-founder and managing director, said at an opening ceremony that the aparthotel represents “the height of serviced apartments’ development, embodying beauty, convenience, affordability, and comfort”.
“We wanted to come up with a project of the finest quality that everyone can be proud of, one that will be the next landmark in Cambodia,” she said. “Apart from firmly establishing ourselves as one of the key players in the Cambodian market, we are proud to be able to contribute and be a part of the country’s progressive journey towards urban development. Everything was designed with business travellers in mind. We focused on convenience as we want our guests to feel relaxed during their business trips while enjoying the comforts of the city.”</p
