Mandarin Oriental launches first branded residences in SE Asia

Thailand: Mandarin oriental has announced the launch of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

The development is Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s seventh residential project to open within its global portfolio, and its first in south-east Asia.

The 52-storey development comprises 146 waterfront residences featuring unobstructed views of the Chao Phraya river, with interior design by Hong Kong designer Joyce Wang

The development benefits from convenient road-rail-river transport connections, and the new upcoming BTS Gold Line (monorail).

The development is part of the ICONSIAM complex, a mixed-use development offering dining outlets, luxury retail brands and entertainment programs.

The two- or three-bedroom residences range in size from 130 to 230 square metres, with penthouses ranging from 380 to 710 square metres.</p
