UK: Serviced Apartments by Mansley has appointed Andrea Stirling to the newly created position of group revenue manager.
Stirling has worked in market management for online travel agent Expedia for seven years. A graduate in hotel management and business studies from the University of Strathclyde, she also spent nine years in revenue management for IHG (Intercontinental Hotels) and Thistle Hotels. She will be based in Inverness.
Mansley owns and operates serviced apartments in London’s Mayfair (Curzon Street) and Kensington (No. 1 The Mansions); and Edinburgh (The Knight Residence). In December 2016 it acquired Highland Apartments in Inverness and in June 2017 added Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham to its portfolio.
Group commercial director Colin Stone said: “During the past year or so we have expanded significantly and have plans for further growth. Additionally, over the past five years our online business has grown exponentially and we wanted to appoint a highly skilled specialist to streamline our policies and procedures, manage the distribution of our product and maintain the important relationships with our online partners.”</p
