UK: Marlin Apartments in London and Fountain Court Apartments in Edinburgh partnered to launch an employee engagement programme.
The scheme is said to be the first of its kind in the serviced apartment sector. Each company will reward their employees with a complimentary stay in the partner’s apartments along with the travel tickets to the city. A number of room nights will be granted to each operator to be used as a prize, affording both London and Edinburgh staff the opportunity to experience the partner city.
The initiative will enable employees from both operators can get an insight into their partner’s operations from a guest perspective. Rewards will be given throughout the year at staff events, such as the company Christmas party.
Marlin Apartments managing director Susan Cully said: “As staff engagement and employee welfare are top priorities for us both, this partnership scheme is a natural move forward, both for Marlin and for Fountain Court. Employee satisfaction and engagement is pivotal to any company’s success, and we consistently look for new and innovative ways to reward our team for their commitment and dedication.”
Director of Fountain Court Apartments John Neil said: “The growth that Fountain Court has experienced over the past two decades is down to our passionate and determined team, who take the successes of the company to heart and strive for excellence in everything that they do. The purpose of this scheme is to give them another reward for this hard work. Our partnership with Marlin Apartments, who shares the same ethos, is of no doubt a progressive move for the industry.”
