UK: Marlin Apartments has partnered with SuperBreak, a short break specialist, to make all of its apartments in London bookable on the travel booking website.

The partnership will see the addition of more than 700 Marlin serviced apartments on SuperBreak, offering leisure travellers an accommodation option with complimentary Wi-Fi and 24/7 concierge service at six London leisure destinations: London Bridge, City Docklands, Canary Wharf, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge and Stratford.

Susan Cully, managing director of Marlin Apartments said: “We are delighted to have established the partnership with SuperBreak. Marlin has recorded a year-on-year increase of 18 per cent domestic leisure travellers staying in-house in 2015. As we continue to see a high volume of online bookings from this group coming through in Q1, it is a natural move for us to partner with a firm that has extensive experience and knowledge in the UK travel market. We trust that the formation of this strategic partnership can help us open the door to a different set of customers and establish a firm footing in the leisure travel market in a long term.”

Neil Beard, head of product and purchasing for London at SuperBreak said: “Working with Marlin Apartments means SuperBreak are now able to add over 700 apartments in six key locations to our portfolio. We have a mix of customers and there will definitely be those who will prefer the added flexibility a self-catering apartment offers, especially families looking for bigger style accommodation.”
