UK: Marlin Apartments has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence at its Aldgate and Limehouse properties for five years running.
Taking into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by users on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period, the Certificate of Excellence recognises accommodations, eateries and attractions around the globe that consistently deliver excellent customer service. To qualify, businesses listed on TripAdvisor must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five on the website.
Susan Cully, Marlin Apartments‘ managing director said: “We are delighted to have received the certificate at Marlin Aldgate and Limehouse for the fifth consecutive year. It is rewarding to see the efforts of our cordial staff paid off and how the generous space and home-like amenities in our apartments continue to be favoured by many guests. Whilst ‘don’t’ just stay in London, live in London’ has always been Marlin’s business motto, we are pleased when guests comment how their stay at Marlin makes them feel like home. We hope that by continually strengthening the two-way communication we have established with our guests, Marlin will see its customer retention rate rise even further.”
