Worldwide: Global hospitality brand Millennium Hotels and Resorts has relaunched its loyalty program MyMillennium and introduced MyMillennium BIZ.
MyMillennium is based on three membership tiers: Classic, Silver, and Prestige, with increased benefits as members progress up.
Currently, the program comprises two membership levels: Member, for those staying up to nine qualifying nights; and Prestige, for those who accumulate 10 or more qualifying nights within a calendar year.
In 2025, the addition of an intermediate Silver tier will reward members with 10-19 qualifying nights. Members with 20 qualifying nights will fall under the Prestige tier.
The program has also been designed to reflect the five brand pillars of Millennium, which includes:
• Food and beverage innovation
• Sustainability
• Digital innovation
• Curated personalised guest experiences
• Wellness offerings
Members can earn and redeem rewards across MHR’s portfolio of properties, such as stays, dining, and online shopping with more than 100 brands on the MyRewards platform.
Carolyn Wishnowski, director of global branding, marketing, and loyalty at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, said: “The relaunch of MyMillennium represents months of in-depth research and dedicated effort. We designed MyMillennium to deliver meaningful moments in a personable manner where members can accumulate and redeem their MyPoints in ways that best serve their travel needs.
“Our goal is to help our members celebrate life’s milestones, whether they’re ticking off a bucket list destination or enjoying a quick business trip with seamless, fuss-free stays,” she said.
Millennium has also launched MyMillennium BIZ, a new loyalty program for corporate bookers which will replace the former MyMillennium Pro. Benefits include:
- Four MyPoints for every USD$1 spent on corporate room bookings and MICE services
- 7,500 MyPoints bonus for first-time business stays

These programmes are designed not only to reward loyalty but also to provide a deeper understanding of our guests’ evolving travel needs.
“By aligning with our brand’s five core pillar s— thoughtful service, memorable experiences, quality, consistency, and sustainability — we are ensuring that both leisure and corporate travellers receive a tailored, seamless experience that enhances their journey with Millennium Hotels and Resorts,” he added.
