US: Relocation management company MoveCenter has named CWS Corporate Housing as one of its Supplier of the Year winners.
Out of thousands of MoveCenter suppliers worldwide, just nine have received one of the awards for 2019.
MoveCenter launched an annual Supplier of the Year award as “a platform to celebrate the ‘behind-the-scenes’ companies that are the lifeblood of any successful relocation”.
The annual Supplier Awards is a celebration of top performing suppliers each year. This is the third year for these awards, and this is the third year that CWS has taken a top spot.
MoveCenter used an evaluation process which assessed key attributes such as “availability, responsiveness and customer friendliness of the coordinator(s) and willingness to “go the extra mile” to not just satisfy, but delight our clients”.
In addition to this feedback, they also evaluated transferee survey results, variance between estimates and actual prices, timeliness and accuracy of invoices, record of legal compliance, and adherence to specific client requirements including SLAs.
