Turkey: Accor’s premium brand Mövenpick has opened its Living Istanbul Saklivadi property in the city’s shopping district of Vadistanbul.
Mövenpick Living Istanbul Saklivadi offers 164 residences suitable for both long and short-term stays.
Each apartment, ranging from 65-square-metres to 205-square-metres, features a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV.
On-property amenities include an outdoor children’s playground, restaurant, spa and wellness area with a sauna and massage rooms, and indoor swimming pool, and a gym.
Accor signed Mövenpick Living Istanbul Saklıvadi, alongside Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi, with real estate developer Artaş Group in 2022.
At the time, chairman of Artaş Group, Süleyman Çetinsaya, said: “We are happy to have Mövenpick, an international brand managed by Accor, in our Çamlıvadi and Saklıvadi projects built as part of our main brand, European Residences.
